Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small business! 


As a self-owned brand and independently published author, I take pride in everything I create and ship. Every order is handled with care, intention, and love, from my hands to your doorstep.

Please keep in mind: I’m one person running this shop, and I do my very best to fulfill every order with integrity and heart. I ask for that same grace and understanding in return.


Shipping Times

All in-stock orders ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. The list of holidays I recognize:


Jan. 1 New Year's Day 

Apr. Good Friday and Easter

May. Memorial Day

Jun. 19 Juneteenth

Jul. 4 Independence Day 

Sept. 4 Labor Day 

Nov. 23 Thanksgiving Day

Nov. 24 Day after Thanksgiving 

Dec. 24 Christmas Eve

Dec. 25 Christmas Day

Dec. 31 New Year's Eve


Backorders

If your item is listed as backordered, please be patient and check for updates via email. Due to high demand and vendor delays, I do not control when the printer fulfills and ships those items to me. I’ll keep you as updated as possible, but I appreciate your understanding in advance.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is marked as delivered, I am no longer responsible for it.

I do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering and consider selecting a secure delivery location.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777 or UPS at  1 (800) 742-5877. 


Returns & Refunds

Because each order is either made to order or personally signed, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives severely damaged, I will make it right. To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Email talese@talesenicole.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include 2–3 clear photos of the damage
  • This is required for insurance claims with the shipping carrier

Once approved, I’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
