My characters love hard, hurt deeper, and fight for survival, just like the rest of us.
Beyond the page, I’m a self-love coach and mental health advocate, helping others reclaim their power through healing, intentional living, and emotional resilience.
My passion for storytelling and advocacy comes from lived experience: surviving my own storms, learning to bloom from the ruins, and from the belief that even the darkest chapters deserve to be told.

motherhood: my favorite plot twist
I’m a proud mother of a teenage vampire — seriously, she spooks me sometimes — but she’s also my greatest joy.
Navigating life with her is a journey of love, patience, and a little healthy fear (mostly when she’s giving me side-eye).
Our home wouldn’t be complete without Sir Duke Ellington, our loyal cavapoo and resident heart-stealer, who believes he’s the true king of the house.
Heart work: mental health and giving back
Beyond storytelling, I’m deeply committed to serving others.
I’m a certified crisis counselor with the Crisis Text Line, where I help people find hope during some of their darkest moments.
I volunteer with Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, working with young girls to craft powerful college acceptance letters and tell their stories with pride.
And because second chances matter everywhere, I also foster animals through local shelters, giving love and safety to pets who deserve new beginnings.

When I’m not writing about dangerous loves and thrilling secrets, I’m living a softer story of my own.
I love traveling, exploring new worlds and cultures, and falling in love with life all over again, especially through a passport stamp to catch that perfect sunset.
I believe deeply in love, connection, and old-school romance soundtracked, of course, by ’90s R&B slow jams and the timeless soul of the ’70s.
